Entirely made by hand, these raffia slides are great for beach days, pool days or all the days!
So what is raffia? Raffia is a fiber used from the raffia tree found mostly in tropical regions of Africa, mainly Madagascar. Raffia is strong, pliable and biodegradable, thus making it an eco-friendly choice for products. (which we love!) These palms when dried have a natural beige color to them. These slides have been naturally dyed to get this beautiful teal color!
Our slides are made by a women's group in Morocco. Each pair is made by a different woman in the group and can take up to 2-3 days to complete.
Please note that because of this, each pair is completely unique and may not look exactly as the ones pictured.
**Sizes also vary for this reason, so please order up a size if you're a whole size and order up a size and a half up if you're a half size.**
