A visionary and creative, Kristen Hettich founded Azurine after exploring a versatile career in commercial styling. Her work spans from national brands like Living Spaces and Dunn Edward Paints to fashion campaigns with prominent West Coast fashion photographers.
Much of Kristen’s creative roots are influenced by her love for the ocean and her artistic family. Surrounded by the tropical climates and beaches of Florida and summers spent in Cape Cod, Kristen was raised in South Florida where her father was an Executive Chef and her mother loved crafts and quilting. This naturally cultivated an interest for a creative career in fashion and styling that led her to Los Angeles where she received her degree in Visual Communications from the Fashion Institute of Design (FIDM).
Throughout her career and involvement in various brands and campaigns, Kristen maintained her desire to eventually create her own line inspired by her tropical roots and her love for traveling and experiencing other cultures. In 2018 she introduced Azurine.
Kristen maintains high standards and quality materials in her beautiful designs to make Azurine collection’s timeless, chic, and an alluring addition to every woman’s day and evening wear.
