Shipping and Return Policy

SHIPPING INFORMATION
You agree to pay any shipping and handling charges shown at the time you make a purchase. Azurine reserves the right to increase, decrease, add or eliminate shipping and handling charges from time to time; however, we will always provide you a notice of the changes applicable before you make your purchase. Unless we state otherwise, risk of loss or damage to an item passes to you upon delivery of the item to your specified delivery location.

Orders placed during the weekday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days once credit card or PayPal authorization and verification have been made. Orders placed on the weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) will be processed the first business day.

All customers will receive an email confirmation with tracking information when the order has been shipped.

DOMESTIC (UNITED STATES) ORDERS
All orders shipped within the United States are subject to the following charges.

• FREE Shipping by USPS Priority Mail with tracking on all orders over $100 is offered within the Continental United States only.
• Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories will be charged a $15 flat rate for shipping and tracking.
• STANDARD Shipping on all orders of a $100 or less will be charged $9 for USPS Priority Mail with tracking number.

INTERNATIONAL
All orders shipped internationally are subject to shipping charges.

• $25 to Canada and Mexico
• $50 to all other international destinations

In addition, international orders are also subject to additional charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by the country being shipped to. Azurine LLC is not responsible for these charges. International shipping charges and any and all additional charges are the responsibility of the customer at the time of delivery.

All orders in excess of $500 USD when allowed will require a signature upon delivery. Any orders over $1,000 USD will only be shipped to the billing address for the method of payment chosen.

P.O. BOX and APO/FPO/DPO MILITARY ADDRESSES, and FREIGHT FORWARDING COMPANIES
Although a bill address may contain P.O. Boxes, Azurine does not ship any orders to post office boxes. In addition, at this time we do not allow shipments to APO/FPO/DPO or freight forwarding address locations.

MULTIPLE SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Only one address per order is allowed.

SHIPPING CHARGES
ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

TRACKING ORDERS
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail.

RETURN & EXHANGE POLICY
Currently ALL SALES ARE FINAL. However, exchanges for products that are defective are allowed and can only be done within 7 days of delivery. To exchange a defective item, you must contact us first for an approval at info@theazurine.com. Please note, Azurine reserves the right at any point to refuse any exchange if it believes the items purchased were intentionally damaged or have been misused.

All SPECIAL AND CUSTOMIZED ORDER ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE, and you (the customer) agree and understand that they are not refundable once an order has been placed. All lead times are indicated in the product descriptions--as long as an item is delivered within this given lead time, we will not refund payment/cancel an order. If you have questions about this please contact info@theazurine.com BEFORE placing your order.

Azurine is not responsible for return shipping charges, and the original shipping charges are nonrefundable. In addition, Azurine is not responsible for any lost or stolen items that are being shipped to us. Therefore, we strongly recommended that you have the item insured before sending it to us.

Please note that multiple items in a single order will be sent together as one shipment.
